Altus Compliance is an Atlanta-based consulting firm that helps affordable housing owners and operators stay audit ready. Engagements include LIHTC file review, HUD MOR readiness, HOTMA implementation, TRACS submission support, independent monitoring, and portfolio recovery work. Founded by an operator who ran affordable portfolios before consulting on them.
