Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO)
A hands-on executive role working directly with the Founder to assess the business, close operational gaps, strengthen leadership and accountability, and build the operational structure Altus needs to keep growing.
Operations and Systems Manager
Support the firm's internal infrastructure, platforms, and workflows. Manage compliance tracking systems, website and HousingIntellect maintenance, client onboarding workflows, and operational documentation.
Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
A revenue-generating leadership role responsible for expanding the client base, generating qualified opportunities, building and managing the sales pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into signed engagements and collected revenue.
Affordable Housing Compliance Analyst
Support compliance monitoring, documentation review, and reporting related to affordable housing and publicly funded housing programs. Conduct file reviews and track compliance findings under senior oversight.
HR and People Operations Coordinator
Provide administrative and operational HR support as the firm grows. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, payroll, and personnel documentation in compliance with internal standards.
Director of Compliance
A senior, hands-on affordable housing compliance leader responsible for technical leadership, engagement delivery, quality assurance, and client execution across LIHTC, HUD, HOME, PBV, HCV, RD, Bond, RAD, and layered programs.
