Yes. Engagement scope adjusts to portfolio size. A property-level review for a single LIHTC property looks different than a portfolio-wide review for a regional owner. Both are work we do.
How quickly can we get started?
Most engagements can begin within two weeks of scoping. Urgent situations (pending monitoring visits, recent findings, immediate audit response) can often be scoped and started faster.
Do you work with portfolios outside the Southeast?
Yes. We work nationally. Most engagements are conducted remotely with on-site travel as needed.
