Why we built it
Built because nothing else fit.
Over 12 years of running affordable housing compliance operations, we kept seeing the same pattern. Existing compliance software was built either by general property management vendors who didn't understand affordable housing, or by software companies that didn't understand operations.
Neither approach produced tools that actually helped compliance teams do their work better. So in 2024, we started building one ourselves.
