How many organizations do you select per year?

One nonprofit per year. As our team grows, we may expand to two partners per year.

What if my organization doesn't meet the criteria but needs compliance help?

Reach out anyway. We have paid engagement structures that scale to smaller portfolios, and we may be able to refer you to other resources if our work isn't the right fit.

Can our organization apply multiple years in a row?

Yes. Organizations not selected one year are welcome to reapply. We typically rotate partners year over year to maximize community impact.

What happens after the year ends?

Past partners can continue working with Altus on a paid basis at preferred rates, or transition to internal compliance management with the workflows and training developed during the partnership year.

Is the program available to for-profit organizations or housing authorities?

No. The Annual Partner Program is specifically for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. For-profit operators and housing authorities can engage Altus through our standard service offerings.
